If the dispute isn't resolved, it will be settled by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive your right to sue in court or join a class action. Legal fees may be charged to the non-prevailing party.
Submissions and Privacy
Any submissions (ideas, content, etc.) you make to XPATHEDGE become its sole property, without compensation. We may use them for any purpose, forever.
Promotions
Promotions may include specific eligibility rules. Read them before participating. By entering, you agree to all applicable rules and terms.

Typographical Errors
If a product or service is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund if you’ve already been charged.
